Subprocessors

These are the parties that process personal data in NIVO on behalf of Shanova AB, as the Data processing agreement describes. We give workshops at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing one.

Providers

• Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg). Hosting, the database, file storage, backups, sign-in, and AI models through Amazon Bedrock. Location: Stockholm, Sweden (eu-north-1); AI inference within EU regions.
• Twilio Ireland Limited (Ireland), part of Twilio Inc. SMS and WhatsApp messages to and from the workshop's customers and employees. Location: EU (Ireland); transfers to the USA under the standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Twilio SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA). Sending email and receiving replies to it. Location: USA, under the standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta, Ireland). Delivery of WhatsApp messages, when the workshop uses WhatsApp. Location: EU and USA, under the standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). DNS for our domains. Does not carry the service's traffic or its data.

Lookups the workshop starts

When a workshop looks up a company or a car, NIVO asks a public register or a vehicle data provider. These receive only the organisation number or registration number looked up:

• Bolagsverket (the Swedish Companies Registration Office), company details.
• A vehicle data provider in Sweden, vehicle details by registration number, when the workshop has it switched on.
